Responsibilities:

Configure, maintain, and optimize Epic PB & HB modules. Gather requirements, analyze processes, and implement solutions. Provide support for patient accounting systems and claims processing. Develop and execute test plans. Train end-users on Epic PB & HB functionalities. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 5 years of experience in patient accounting and claims processing. Epic PB & HB proficiency. Familiarity with 837 healthcare claim processing. Strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
