As the Technical Product Owner for NextGen Electronic Medical Records (EMR), you will play a crucial role in defining, prioritizing, and delivering the technical features and functionalities of the EMR system. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, clinicians, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the NextGen EMR.

Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain the long-term vision and roadmap for the NextGen EMR, considering technical capabilities, market trends, and user needs. • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations for the EMR system. • Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications for the development team. • Collaborate with the development team to prioritize features and technical tasks for each development sprint or release. • Serve as the primary point of contact between the development team and stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and understanding between both parties. • Address technical questions, resolve issues, and make trade-off decisions when necessary. • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that the EMR meets end-user needs and expectations. • Collaborate with training and support teams to develop appropriate materials and resources to assist end-users in adopting and utilizing the EMR effectively. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or related field. Advanced degrees are a plus. Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, ideally within the healthcare or EMR domain. In-depth understanding of NextGen EMR or similar electronic medical record systems. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certifications are advantageous.
