ClinDCast is looking for Epic Grand Central Analyst

Certifications: Must have Grand Central/Prelude certification; WFM or TA Epic certification required.

Role: Act as a bridge between end-users, operational leaders, support teams, and vendors to design and optimize applications.

Support: Provide application support and collaborate with the Service Desk to handle service requests.

Analysis: Analyze business needs, requirements, and workflows to apply application knowledge effectively.

Collaboration: Work with customers on analysis, testing, documentation, and implementation of medium to high-complexity projects.

Healthcare Knowledge: Possess strong healthcare knowledge and systems expertise.

Implementation: Implement complex applications with minimal guidance.

Skills: Self-motivated with excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
