    Job Description:

    The client is looking for qualified candidates as a Project Manager who will assist the office of information technology in their daily operations, support, and services. The position is entitled as information technology staff augmentation services.

    ClinDCast is looking for skilled Project Managerfor one of our reputed clients. This profile is hybrid.

    Position: Project Manager

    Duration: 1+ Year

    Work Mode: Hybrid. Position can be remote, but requires candidate to be onsite for meetings and presentations on select days throughout the month/year at the client’s headquarters in Tallahassee.

    References: You must provide 3 references.

    Responsibilities:

    · You will have to facilitate daily stand-up, iteration planning, sprint review, and iteration retrospective.

    · You as a Project Manager will have to manage large IT modernization projects through agile methodologies.

    · You will have to manage project budget and spend plan.

    · You will have to perform management of project schedule and resources.

    · You will have to manage application development projects and facilitates sprint releases.

    · You will have to create or analyse business requirements documents and project timelines.

    · You will have to guide team in time estimating practices and facilitate team estimates.

    · You will have to drive team iteration execution, communicate with management and stakeholders, protect the team from uncontrolled injection of work (changes are evaluated/intentional).

    · You will have to manage project conflicts, challenges and dynamic business requirements to keep operations running at a high performance.

    · You will have to work with the team leads to resolve people problems and project roadblocks.

    · You must be able to do postmortem and root cause analysis to help teams continuously improve their practices to ensure maximum productivity.

    · You will have to lead team effort in relentless improvement, define and implement improvement stories to increase the velocity and quality of the program.

    · You will have to implement and support principles, rules and processes.

    · You will have to proactively identify and eliminate impediments and facilitate flow.

    · You will have to maintain team data in project management software (i.e., MS Project, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, etc.) to support estimates and execution.

    · You will have to present high-level project status updates for senior management.

    · You will have to support product owner(s) with intra-team dynamics with respect to priorities and scope.

    Requirements:

    · You must have Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, MBA or other related field or equivalent work experience.

    · You must have Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

    · You must have 8 + years of experience in managing large IT projects.

    · You must have experience in developing and executing complex project plans, budgets, spend plans.

    · You must have experience in leading large multifaceted IT teams to execute and lead successful project implementations.

    · You must have experience in managing large projects with system integrators.

    · You must have experience in managing large IT projects through Agile methodologies.

    · You must have the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast paced, high velocity, environment; ability to stay focused on responsibilities, meet deadlines and manage competing priorities under pressure.

    · You must have the ability to drive effective meetings: workshops, design, and problem-solving sessions.

    · You must have the ability to present ideas in business friendly and user-friendly language; demonstrated aptitude for working with, supporting and communicating with users and customers.

    · You must be able to clearly convey information, in both written and verbal formats, to individuals or groups in a wide variety of settings (i.e.; project team meetings, management presentations, etc.). You must have the ability to effectively listen and process information provided by others.

    · You must work well with clients and customers (i.e.; business office, public, or other agencies).

    · You must be able to assess the needs of the customer, provide information or assistance to satisfy expectations or resolve a problem.

    · You must make sound, well-informed, and objective decisions.

    · You must be open to change, new processes (or process improvement), and new information.

    · You must have the ability to adapt in response to new information, changing conditions, or unexpected obstacles.

    · You must have the ability to receive and give constructive criticism and maintain effective work relationships with others.
