    ClinDCast is looking for skilled Business Analyst for one of our reputed clients.

    Responsibilities:

    · You will have to work with the project manager and development team to support, maintain, and enhance two software systems.

    · You will have to manage the scope of the BA role based on overall scheduling across both systems simultaneously.

    · You must adapt to changes in daily work plans based on customer support needs.

    · You must retain detail orientation in a fast-paced environment.

    · You will have to lead requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation for system enhancements, as well as minor updates and change requests.

    · You will have to serve as the primary liaison between internal and external users and technical resources to translate business needs into technical requirements.

    · You must develop meeting summaries, requirements documentation, screen designs, and other SDLC artifacts within required timeframes.

    · You will have to lead manual testing efforts for each release in dev and beta environments.

    · You will have to develop and maintain test plans and scripts for manual testing.

    · You will have to create TFS requirements work items for enhancements, change requests, and bugs; document work in TFS.

    · You must coordinate with the functional owner and developers to research anomalies, identify root cause, and troubleshoot through resolution.

    · You must capture and document metrics in support of the user acceptance testing and recommend improvements.

    · You must assess current testing processes; recommend and implement process improvements, including automation where practical.

    · You will have to provide estimates for testing and requirements analysis.

    · You must create and manage SQL queries and analyze data to respond to ad hoc requests, troubleshoot, test, or investigate anomalies, as needed.

    · You must assist in the completion of status reporting and escalation of issues to management.

    · You must perform duties delegated by the Project Manager on behalf of the department.

    Requirements:

    · You must be proficient with Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, the Microsoft 365 Office Suite, and familiar with project management software development tools.

    · You must have the ability to work independently as well as in teams in order to meet deadlines.

    · You must have the ability to plan, organize, and coordinate multiple projects and work assignments.

    · You must have the knowledge of basic management principles and practices, methods of data collection and analysis.

    · You must have the ability to organize data into logical format for presentation in reports, documents, and other written materials.

    · You must have the ability to conduct fact finding research, to work independently, plan, organize, and coordinate work assignments.

    · You must have the proven communication skills, both written and oral, with technical and non-technical staff, and all levels of management.

    · You must have the proficiency in project management principles, methods, techniques and tools for the effective management of projects from initiation through project closure.

    · You must possess the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.

    · You must be goal oriented, action focused, pragmatic and self-disciplined.

    · You must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    · You must have the ability to elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, mapping of business processes, use cases, task and workflow analysis.

    · You must have the ability to collect, evaluate, and analyze data to develop alternative recommendations, solve problems, document work flow, and other activities relating to the continuous improvement of processes.

    Education and Certifications:

    Education:

    · You must have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related field.

    o Or

    · You must have equivalent work experience. (Required)
