Position: Epic EHR Analyst

Work Mode: Remote

Responsibilities and Requirements: -

· Conduct comprehensive assessments of current workflows and identify areas for improvement and optimization within the Ambulatory and MyChart modules.

· Experience in working with the Epic EHR system, with a focus on the Ambulatory and MyChart modules.

· Continuous optimization and enhancement of the Epic EHR system.

· Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize system functionality and ensure efficient utilization of the Epic EHR platform.

· Customize and configure the Epic EHR system to align with organizational objectives and industry best practices.

· Analyse data and metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for system improvement and performance optimization.

· Coordinate with the IT team to troubleshoot technical issues, resolve system errors, and ensure the seamless integration of the Ambulatory and MyChart modules with other Epic modules and third-party applications.

· Serve as a subject matter expert for the Ambulatory and MyChart modules.

· Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards and integration methodologies.

· Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
