Job Description:

As an Epic Tapestry Analyst, your role is to analyze, implement, and maintain the Epic Tapestry module within a healthcare organization. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the effective utilization and optimization of the Epic Tapestry system to support managed care operations and population health management. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Epic Tapestry certification Experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Epic Tapestry or similar managed care systems. Solid understanding of managed care processes, including authorizations, referrals, care coordination, and provider network management. Proficient in analyzing complex workflows, identifying gaps, and recommending system enhancements to support population health management and value-based care initiatives. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot system issues effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels of the organization. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools within the Epic Tapestry module.
