ClinDCast is looking for a candidate with the following skills, abilities, and certifications for an Epic Caboodle/Clarity role:

Skills & Abilities:

Consultant-level communication skills: The ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and understand their requirements.

Coalescing related requests: Ability to gather related requirements and propose solutions that meet multiple requirements.

Software Development Life Cycle discipline: Familiarity with the different phases of the development process, including requirement gathering, solution design, obtaining SME (Subject Matter Expert) signoff, coding, testing/validation, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and documentation.

End-to-end delivery of reporting and analytics solutions: Experience in delivering complete reporting and analytics solutions within the Epic Cogito Clarity/Caboodle Clinical pharmacy domain.

Strong SQL development: Proficiency in SQL development using best practice industry standards.

Clarity data model: Advanced understanding, usage, and ability to navigate the Clarity data model.

Epic-Crystal integration (ECI) and Crystal Reports Business Intelligence: Familiarity with integrating Epic and Crystal Reports for business intelligence purposes.

Certifications:

Epic Clarity Data Model: Certification in Epic Clarity Data Model, focusing on the clinical aspects.

Epic Caboodle Data Model: Certification in Epic Caboodle Data Model, which is specifically designed for data warehousing and analytics within the Epic ecosystem.
