About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, organized, and experienced Clinic Administrator to lead the daily operations of two dynamic clinics. This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll work closely with front desk staff, medical assistants, providers, and patients to ensure smooth workflows, high-quality service, and efficient clinic performance.

What You’ll Do
Team & Operations Leadership
Manage and support clinic staff across departments (Front Desk, Chiro MAs, Pain MAs)
Oversee and approve time-off requests and hourly staff timecards
Cover staff shortages as needed in multiple roles
Host monthly staff meetings and lead by example in professionalism and service
Training & Coaching
Train front desk staff and support the MA Manager with MA onboarding and training
Address team issues proactively and provide coaching and mentoring
Ensure all staff adhere to company policies and procedures
Clinic Efficiency & Reporting
Develop and track action plans for each department to improve workflow and eliminate bottlenecks
Audit and report on operational metrics including:
Appointment counts by provider
No-shows and cancellations
New patient onboarding, evaluations, and surveys
Scheduling efficiency
Patient Experience & Environment
Ensure high-quality customer service and support de-escalation when needed
Maintain clean, organized clinic environments
Oversee inventory and ordering across both locations
Qualifications
High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree in a healthcare-related field preferred
Experience managing a team in a clinical or healthcare setting
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Basic computer proficiency (EHR/EMR experience a plus)
Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) highly preferred
Must obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire
