About the Role:

As a Clinic Coordinator, you will be key in promoting our chiropractic services in the Overland Park area. This is an entry-level position that provides an excellent opportunity to start your career in medical-based sales. You'll receive on-the-job training from experienced franchisees to set you up for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain effective patient retention strategies.
• Conduct follow-up calls and inquiries to leads.
• Organize leads in spreadsheets and track all points of contact.
• Generate leads through community events such as health fairs, pop-up events, and lunch-and-learns.
• Contact leads via text, email, and phone calls.
• Schedule initial exam appointments and send reminders.
• Stay knowledgeable about NuSpine and chiropractic practices to answer FAQs.
• Effectively communicate the competitive advantages of NuSpine.
• Provide exceptional customer service and connect with local businesses.
• Leverage social media accounts alongside the franchise office to generate leads.
• Distribute marketing materials to potential customers and local businesses.
• Research and attend local events to promote our clinic.
• Maintain accurate records of daily visits and past campaign results to evaluate marketing effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Outgoing personality with a willingness to engage with potential customers and local businesses.
• Sales or marketing experience is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and exceptional customer service skills.
