The Clinic Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the growth and success of Ellie Mental Health overseeing a clinic’s operations, staff performance, and community impact. This position requires a dynamic, organized, and people-centered leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about both clinical excellence and team development. The Clinic Coordinator will be responsible for fostering a culture that reflects Ellie’s values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, and determination. Under the direction of the Clinic Manager, the CC will be part of a team to build a thriving practice that delivers exceptional care, meaningful connections, and sustainable growth. This is a full time position.

As Clinic Coordinator of Ellie Mental Health, you’ll lead by:
• Building and managing a high-performing clinic • Partnering with the Clinic Manager and Supervisor to guide staff to meet performance expectations and develop professionally • Take part in community outreach, marketing and social media efforts to expand the clinic’s presence • Maintain a manageable caseload of approximately 18 - 20 billable clients per week
Hiring and Onboarding
Manage onboarding and guide new hires through orientation and development.
Coordinates with supervisors to ensure new hires receive appropriate clinical guidance, EllieMatch setup, and scheduling support.
Administrative/Operations
Fully understand, uphold and keep current all Ellie operations and policies.
Support staff in building and maintaining their caseload (begins 4 weeks before start date) and partner with the CM and Supervisor to support them in meeting performance expectations.
Under the direction of the Clinic Manager, prepare quarterly reviews and partner with the Clinic Supervisor to provide 1:1 consultation with all therapists to review productivity, caseload, retention, and clinical documentation quarterly
Manage staff performance, including Performance Coaching, in partnership with Clinic Manager and Clinic Supervisor.
Create an awesome culture that fosters collaboration, inclusion and fun.
Clinic Management
Respond promptly to concerns raised by clients, clinicians, or external stakeholders.
Serve as point of contact for building management related issues or concerns and supply needs.
Clinic Outreach, Marketing, and Networking
Attend outreach events.
Manage the clinic’s online and social media presence to promote Ellie’s mission and ensure the community knows who we are.
Weekly review and updates of Psychology Today, EllieMatch, Uberall, Google Business, and other social media platforms
Required Skills/Abilities:
Master’s Degree or higher education in mental health discipline
Independently licensed with a Maryland - issued clinical practice license - LCPC, LCSW-C
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and executive skill sets
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills
