Responsibilities:
Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Manage patient scheduling and coordinate with healthcare providers.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulations.
Assist in billing and insurance verification processes.
Train and supervise front desk staff and support personnel.
Handle patient inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Implement clinic policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
Collaborate with the medical team to improve patient care services.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a healthcare administrative role, preferably in Orthopaedics and/or DME.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive demeanor.
High school diploma required.
Knowledge of medical billing and insurance processes is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
