100% Chiropractic Des Peres is seeking a Chiropractor – Clinic Director to lead the clinic in executing its mission and advancing its vision. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, leading clinic operations, and fostering a high-performing, values-driven team.

Patient Care Responsibilities

The Clinic Director will:

Create a welcoming, family-oriented experience for every patient

Communicate with confidence and clarity about the benefits of chiropractic care

Perform thorough examinations and develop personalized care plans

Educate patients to make informed decisions regarding their care

Deliver high-quality chiropractic adjustments aligned with recommended plans

This is a salaried position with a quarterly performance-based bonus structure. The role primarily follows standard clinic operating hours, with occasional evening or weekend commitments as needed.
