    Job Overview

    Gameday Men’s Health-Roseville is looking to hire a dynamic nurse practitioner or physician assistant to serve as our clinician and clinic director. If you are interested in joining a fast-growing medical clinic focused on helping men optimize their health, we are the place for you. Work with a small collaborative team while spending time building relationships with your patients. The clinician/clinic director is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic and care of our patients. If you are organized, detail-orientated, caring and curious, we will help you become an expert in this specialty.

    Key Responsibilities

    Clinic Oversight and Management

    · Recommend appropriate treatment options to patients

    · Supervise and provide oversight to medical assistants.

    · Ensure compliance with HIPAA, DEA, state, federal, and local laws and regulations.

    · Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

    · Develop, implement, and monitor patient care and treatment plans.

    Patient Care

    · Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations.

    · Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, or chronic illnesses.

    · Prescribe medications and treatments according to patient needs and conditions.

    · Educate patients on managing their health conditions and promoting overall wellness.

    Medication and Inventory Management

    · Order medications for patients as required.

    · Maintain an appropriate inventory of medications.

    · Ensure that all medications and supplies are stored safely and accurately accounted for.

    Qualifications

    · Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program and

    current and valid Nurse Practitioner license in good standing or

    Graduation from an accredited program, NCCPA certification and

    current and valid PA license in good standing.

    · 2+ years of clinical experience preferred

    · Experience/knowledge of TRT and ED is a plus but not required.

    · Experience in a related field, such as urology, endocrinology, or internal medicine is preferred but not required.

    · Active DEA Certificate (or qualifications to obtain one)

    · Strong knowledge of HIPAA, DEA, and other relevant medical regulations.

    · Previous experience in a managerial role is preferred but not required.

    · Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

    · Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

    *Salary ranges from $122,000-$130,000 (plus bonuses) and is commensurate with experience.
