In This Leadership Role, You Will:

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations with confidence and compassion
• Lead by example—carry a caseload and deliver exceptional patient care
• Mentor and support your team’s clinical development
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and performance metrics
• Build strong relationships with referral sources and the local community
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and insurance regulations

You Bring:

• Graduation from an APTA-accredited PT program
• Current California PT license
• At least 2 years of clinical experience
• A passion for leadership and team development
