PRN Physical Therapy is hiring a full-time Clinic Director to oversee our outpatient orthopedic clinic in Chula Vista. This is a unique opportunity for a licensed Physical Therapist ready to take the next step in their career and lead with both clinical and operational excellence. Your Responsibilities:

As Clinic Director, you will balance both clinical and leadership responsibilities to ensure exceptional patient outcomes and team success.

Clinical & Operational Leadership:

• Provide hands-on, individualized physical therapy care
• Manage daily clinic operations, including scheduling and staffing
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of clinicians and support staff
• Ensure high-quality patient experience and resolve any service concerns

Business & Administrative Duties:

• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and staff performance evaluations
• Maintain full clinic coverage with an efficient staffing model
• Monitor clinic performance metrics and achieve operational goals
• Handle payroll, billing oversight, and statistical reporting
• Participate in local marketing efforts and community outreach
• Represent the clinic positively and professionally within the community

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Physical Therapist license in the State of California
• Minimum of 2 years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
• Previous leadership or management experience is a plus
• Spanish-speaking preferred, but not required
