    We’re looking for a full-time Licensed Physical Therapist Clinic Director to lead our outpatient orthopedic clinic in Oxnard.

    About the Role

    As our Clinic Director, you’ll run the day-to-day clinical operations while maintaining a patient caseload. You’ll mentor your team, collaborate closely with referral partners, and help shape the culture of your clinic. You’ll also play a key role in growth, operations, and ensuring every patient receives exceptional care.

    You will:

    • Lead by example through high-quality patient care
    • Develop individualized treatment plans
    • Use patient-centered metrics to support clinical excellence and satisfaction
    • Manage scheduling, payroll, and daily operational flow
    • Build and maintain referral relationships within the community
    • Support and develop your team through training and mentorship
    • Contribute to the growth and success of the clinic

    Position Details

    • Setting: Outpatient Orthopedics
    • Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
    • Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000+ (dependent on experience, incentives, and partnership opportunities)

    What We're Looking For

    • A licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist in California
    • At least two years of outpatient PT experience
    • Someone who values strong relationships, quality outcomes, and continuous learning
    • A positive, collaborative leader who enjoys mentoring others
