    Position Summary:

    We are looking to hire a new front desk receptionist float for our busy medical offices. The ideal candidate is warm, organized, tech-savvy, and thrives in a dynamic, people-focused environment. As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll be the face of our clinic—setting the tone for a welcoming, professional visit. This position will go between our Lone Tree, Arapahoe, Southlands, and Teddy Lane locations; as well as our Ambulatory Surgical Center located in Greenwood Village. The right candidate will be comfortable traveling to all locations stated.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Greet and check in patients and visitors in a courteous, professional manner

    Schedule and confirm patient appointments

    Collect insurance details and co-payments as needed

    Answer incoming calls, checking voicemails, and assist with inquiries or direct them appropriately

    Make outbound calls to reschedule missed or canceled appointments

    Scan and upload patient documents accurately and efficiently

    Other duties as assigned.

    Minimum Experience & Qualifications:

    High School diploma or equivalent

    1- 3 years of Customer service experience

    Must have proficient computer/typing skills

    Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills

    Bilingual preferred, but not required.

    Must have reliable transportation and good driving record

    Prior experience in healthcare or administrative roles preferred

    Schedule:

    Monday to Friday

    Clinic Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-6:00pm, Friday 8:00am-1:00pm

    No weekends

    Work Location: In person

    Pay range: $19.00-$20.00
