Job Description
ROLE:
Clinic Growth Accelerator Business Consultant’s (BCs) schedule and reschedule all new prospects, both from inbound and outbound sources. Clinic Growth Accelerator Business Consultant will manage a provided pipeline of prospects and are responsible for making calls, sending text messages, sending emails and sending social media messages to new client prospects with accuracy and efficiency. They are also an essential component of our new client experience as they are typically the first point of contact. BCs understand that they are more than “Sales People”, and must demonstrate professional behavior along with clear and effective communication to both internal peers and new clients alike. They are also motivated by helping our clients achieve the highest levels of success.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish, develop and maintain positive client relationships
Move prospective new client leads to the proper stage of the pipeline via GoHighLevel (CRM)
Maintain a clear, up to date and accurate GoHighLevel pipeline (CRM)
Make outbound phone calls and take payment over the phone/Zoom, frequently
Follow up diligently and consistently with potential clients over extended periods of time
Available most days from 9 am - 5 pm local time to take calls
Use both internal and external resources to maintain up to date knowledge of our products and industry
Collaborate with team to formulate ideas on how to best service our clients
RESULTS:
All new client prospects are properly moved in GoHighLevel and information is documented on client details so team lead has proper expectations by EOD
A close rate of 30% for all inbound booked calls (demos)
A close rate of 20% for all outbound booked calls (demos)
All qualified prospects are consistently followed up with indefinitely
BCS is responsible for making a minimum number of calls and messages per day
There is an effective line of communication between the BC and the team leads (such team lead or owners) in which all necessary information is communicated in a timely manner
Sales stats sheet is updated M-F by 7pm CST
BC remains well versed in the latest procedures, technology and offerings through continued education/trainings
All internal communication cycles are properly followed

Efficient with Facebook & General social media platforms
Good over the phone / FB / video conference (zoom)
Excellent communication skills
Excellent at building rapport
Open to learning & adjusting existing processes
Take personal health very serious
Routine driven
Self-sufficient and able to properly manage one’s own time
Well organized and able to maintain a pipeline that can be observed and understood by the team leads and owners

Customer Service: 1 year (bonus, not required)
