We are seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations of a private Urology office that caters specifically to men. This role is onsite and focused on providing the highest level of patient care, team performance, and operational excellence.

We're looking for a leader who thrives in fast-paced medical settings and takes pride in providing a high level of customer service to our patients can trust. The practice has made the bold move to NOT accept health insurance. Therefore, patients receive a higher level of personalized care

What You’ll Do

• Manage front desk and Medical Assistant staff, ensuring efficient and top-tier patient service
• Own the clinic flow, scheduling, compliance, and follow-ups
• Champion a white glove care model that prioritizes responsiveness, discretion, and service
• Collaborate closely with providers and corporate operations

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in clinic operations managing a team of 5+ people
• Medical Assistant and patient facing background is a plus
• Strong team builder, highly organized, and process-driven
• Committed to excellence in patient care and service

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM Location: Onsite, Nashville, TN
