Overview:
Due to growth, Bellingham Physical Therapy is now hiring a Physical Therapist for an Outpatient Orthopedics position in Bellingham, WA. Full-time, up to 40 hours per week are available. Part-time candidates with a minimum of 24 hours and 3 weekdays of availability will also be considered. A full-time Clinic Director position is available to experienced candidates.
New grad Physical Therapists will be supported and mentored.
Caseload / Patient Population:
The Physical Therapist hired will work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting to treat patients of all ages for a general orthopedic caseload. We’re expanding our Sports, Concussion, and Vestibular Rehab programs and welcome candidates with interest or experience in these areas.
Clinic Directors perform a mix of managerial duties and provide direct patient care.
Full-time PTs should expect to treat 40 patients per week, providing 1:1 direct patient care. No double bookings.

Compensation and Benefits:
Starting salary begins at $80,000, with significant opportunity for higher earning potential based on therapist choice and performance. Motivated and efficient therapists can increase their earnings by $10,000 or more, and experienced PTs with specialist certification and skills and/or those in leadership roles could earn over $100K with strong performance. Clinic Directors are eligible for team revenue sharing as part of their compensation.

Work Schedule:
The clinic is open Monday-Friday: 7:15am - 6:00pm. Flexible scheduling is available and the work schedule will be determined later in the hiring process. No weekends. No major holidays!

Job Requirements:
Eligible for WA state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
An interest in concussion, vestibular, or oncology rehabilitation would be a plus.
New grad PTs will be supported and mentored.
1 year of experience & full-time availability is required for the Clinic Director role.
Full-time availability is preferred, 40 hours per week are available.
Part-time candidates with 24 hours and 3 weekdays of availability will also be considered, Monday and Fridays are required.
