Overview:

Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Clinic Manager and staff-level Physical Therapists (both full-time and part-time) for our outpatient orthopedic clinic in Warner Robins, GA. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about patient care and professional development.

• Clinic Manager: Requires 1 year of prior experience as a Physical Therapist. Full-time role available (40 hours/week), but candidates with 32+ hours of availability will be considered.

• Staff-Level PT Positions: Full-time preferred, but candidates with 20+ hours of availability and the ability to work until 7 PM two nights per week will also be considered.

The Clinic Manager will perform both managerial responsibilities and direct patient care in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting, treating patients of all ages with various health-related conditions to reduce pain and improve or restore mobility.

Caseload & Productivity:

• You will manage a general orthopedics caseload for patients of all ages.
• Clinic Managers will balance managerial tasks with direct patient care.

Job Requirements:

• Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing).
• Eligibility for Georgia state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to build relationships with patients, staff, and the community.
• 1 year of prior experience as a PT is required for the Clinic Manager role.
• Full-time availability is required for the Clinic Manager role. Candidates with 32 hours of availability per week will be considered.
• Full-time is preferred for the staff-level PT position, with flexibility for candidates available for 20+ hours and able to work until 7 PM two nights per week.
