    What You’ll Do

    • Lead and mentor nurses, medical assistants, and clinical support staff
    • Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure exceptional patient care
    • Partner with physicians and leadership to improve care delivery
    • Support regulatory compliance, quality initiatives, and patient safety efforts
    • Develop staff education and promote clinical excellence
    • Participate in process improvement initiatives

    What You’ll Bring

    • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing experience
    • Current California RN license
    • 5+ years of nursing experience
    • 3+ years of ambulatory care experience preferred
    • 2+ years of RN leadership experience
    • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills

    Experience with Joint Commission standards, Title 22 regulations, CCS/GHPP/Medi-Cal requirements, or quality improvement initiatives is preferred.
