Full-Time | 40 hours/week | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
No weekends or holidays
Compensation: $21.31 – $38.57/hour (DOE)

About the Role
As a Clinic Scheduler – General Cardiology , you will ensure a smooth and seamless patient experience by coordinating scheduling, appointment flow, and clerical support across the Electrophysiology and Device departments. This role plays a crucial part in the daily operations of a high-functioning cardiology clinic network.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Scheduling & Coordination
- Schedule and manage appointments for patients undergoing device checks and electrophysiology consults.
- Coordinate with providers and multiple departments to ensure continuity of care.
Patient Communication
- Provide appointment reminders and follow-up communications.
- Assist patients with pre-visit instructions, referrals, and procedural information.
Insurance & Documentation
- Assist with insurance verifications and authorizations to ensure readiness for services.
- Accurately document appointment details and maintain digital records within the EMR system.
Clerical Support
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, faxing, phone triage, and scanning.
- Support providers and clinic teams with daily clerical workflow and coordination.

What You'll Need to Succeed
- Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience with an EMR system.
- 2 years of clerical or scheduling experience preferred.
- Previous scheduling experience in a medical setting is a plus.
- Skills:
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Comfort with multi-tasking and handling a fast-paced clinical environment.
* Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple clinic sites.
- Other:
* Reliable transportation and willingness to assist occasionally at other clinics in the area.
Work Environment
This is a 100% in-office role , Monday through Friday in our Tacoma clinic.
You'll work with a multidisciplinary cardiology team and interact with both patients and staff in a professional, supportive setting.
