Overview
We’re looking for an energetic, dependable, and people-focused Clinic Support Specialist — the kind of person who loves to help, stays two steps ahead, and always finds a way to make the team’s day smoother.
This is a “see the need, fill the need” position. You’ll be cross-trained across multiple areas of the clinic — assisting in rehab, supporting front desk operations, preparing patients for care, helping with marketing events, and keeping our clinic running seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities
Patient Experience & Support
Welcome patients with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care.
Escort patients to rooms, prepare therapy stations, and assist with rehab exercises.
Maintain flow and help the team stay on schedule.
Keep treatment and rehab areas organized, sanitized, and patient-ready.
Front Desk & Administrative Support
Assist with check-in/check-out when needed.
Confirm appointments, answer phones, and help with scheduling overflow.
Support new patient paperwork and help ensure the patient experience is seamless.
Make patient phone calls to bring patients back into the office, follow up on scheduling.
Verify insurance, discuss financials, help patients being care, preschedule appointments. .
Marketing & Outreach
Support the team with in-office marketing days, local events, and community partnerships.
Help prepare materials, manage giveaway items, and assist with event setup and breakdown.
Represent HealthSource positively in the community with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Clinic Operations
Restock supplies, keep areas organized, and proactively identify things that need attention.
Learn basic maintenance of therapy equipment (laser, decompression, stim units, etc.).
Support doctors and staff as needed — you’re the “extra hands” that make the clinic run smoothly.

Requirements
Reliable, punctual, and professional.

Comfortable in a fast-paced, patient-facing environment.
Able to learn new systems and tasks quickly.
Previous experience in healthcare, rehab, fitness, or customer service preferred but not required — we’ll train the right person.
Schedule & Compensation
Full-time: ~37 hours per week (includes some marketing events).
Consistent weekday schedule; occasional Saturdays for community events.
Competitive hourly pay based on experience, with room for growth.
Chiropractic and wellness care included as part of employment.
