Clinical Account Manager - Seattle

Seattle, WA
Paid
  • Responsibilities

We are conducting a highly selective search for a Clinical Account Manager (CAM) based in the Seattle area to grow prescription referrals across Washington, northern Idaho, and Alaska. This is a remote, field-based role with approximately 30–40% travel throughout the territory.

This is not a traditional transactional sales role—it is a consultative, clinical referral-growth position. You’ll educate healthcare professionals on high-frequency chest-wall oscillation therapy, develop new referral channels, and expand relationships that help more patients access meaningful airway-clearance treatment.

    About the Opportunity

Our client develops, manufactures, and markets innovative airway-clearance technology designed to help people breathe better, stay healthier, and lead active, fulfilling lives.

    • Meaningful technology: Represent high-frequency chest-wall oscillation therapy that supports patients with impaired airway clearance.
    • Focused clinical market: Work primarily with adult pulmonology and bronchiectasis referral sources, followed by cystic fibrosis and neuromuscular clinics.
    • Direct patient impact: Partner with physicians, respiratory therapists, medical assistants, patients, caregivers, and administrators to improve access to therapy.
    • Territory ownership: Analyze referral patterns, prioritize high-potential accounts, and build efficient plans across a large geographic region.
    • People-first culture: Join an organization committed to unleashing the potential of its employees through development, recognition, flexibility, and strong benefits.

This is a high-visibility role for a driven seller who can combine clinical credibility, disciplined territory execution, and consistent relationship development.

    What You'll Do

    • Grow prescription referrals and increase market share across Washington, northern Idaho, and Alaska.
    • Build strategic relationships with physicians, respiratory therapists, medical assistants, patients, caregivers, and healthcare administrators.
    • Educate referral sources on HFCWO therapy and connect customer needs with differentiated technology and service solutions.
    • Develop territory strategy by analyzing referral patterns, prioritizing opportunities, and creating efficient geographic zones and account plans.
    • Expand existing accounts while identifying and opening new referral channels.
    • Use consultative selling to uncover unmet needs and competitive opportunities.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales leadership, operations, reimbursement, and other internal partners to support territory and patient success.
    • Maintain strong execution through timely pipeline updates, scorecards, calendars, expense reports, territory plans, and prescription documentation.

    What You Bring

    • Experience: 2–4 years of medical sales, healthcare sales, or relevant business experience.
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
    • Consultative approach: Demonstrated ability to uncover needs, influence stakeholders, and translate clinical value into action.
    • Territory discipline: Strong account-planning, prioritization, time-management, and follow-through skills.
    • Performance: Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales or referral goals.
    • Clinical credibility: Comfortable engaging physicians and other healthcare professionals; airway-clearance therapy experience is preferred but not required.
    • Autonomy and accountability: Resourceful, organized, collaborative, and results-driven.
    • Travel readiness: Valid driver’s license, residence within the territory, and willingness to travel approximately 30–40%.
