Job Title: Clinical Administrative Coordinator
Location: 9 Technology Drive, Irvine, CA 92618
Schedule: Morning (Start time between 6:00 AM – 7:30 AM / 8 Hours/Day / 40hrs/week)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Clinical Administrative Coordinator professional to support daily mail operations and administrative functions. This role is responsible for organizing and distributing mail, operating mailroom equipment, and maintaining accurate logs and spreadsheets. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize, open, and distribute incoming mail to the appropriate departments in a timely manner
- Operate mailroom equipment including mail machines, photocopiers, folding, and inserting machines
- Print documents and prepare outgoing mail for distribution
- Process and mail weekly provider checks (up to 4 times per week)
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate tracking logs and spreadsheets
- Assist with general administrative and clerical duties as assigned
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in mail handling and document processing
- Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Previous mailroom, clerical, or administrative support experience preferred
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience operating office mailroom equipment
- Previous data entry experience
