Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for all nursing services
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Supervise, mentor, and develop nursing staff
• Maintain the highest standards of resident care and clinical outcomes
• Partner with Executive Leadership to promote operational excellence
• Oversee care planning, assessments, medication management, and quality assurance initiatives

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida (or eligible for endorsement)
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Director of Nursing in an Assisted Living community (required)
• Strong knowledge of Florida Assisted Living regulations
• Proven leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Passion for delivering exceptional resident care in a luxury senior living environment
