UW Health in Madison, WI is seeking Clinical Anesthetists (CRNAs and CAAs) to join its
growing team of over 70 providers serving one of the nation’s leading academic medical centers and Level 1 Trauma Centers. This is a high-impact opportunity for anesthesia

Must-Haves
- Certified CRNA or CAA with active Wisconsin licensure or eligibility.
- Desire to work in a team-based ACT model with anesthesiologist oversight.
- Willingness to work with high-acuity cases in a Level 1 Trauma Center environment.
- Open to flexible scheduling and rotating shifts, including weekends and nights.
Preferred
- Experience working in a Level 1 Trauma Center or academic medical center.
- Interest in career growth through leadership roles or clinical education.
- Comfort working with a variety of complex case types in both inpatient andoutpatient settings.
