We are currently seeking a Full Time qualified Clinical Assessor/Clinician to conduct initial mental health assessments, develop individualized service plans, and provide clinical input for service authorization. The ideal candidate will be licensed or license-eligible in the state of Virginia (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Resident in Counseling) and have experience working with diverse populations in community-based settings. Other duties will be discussed during the interview.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field

Licensure or license-eligible with the Virginia Board of Counseling or Social Work

At least one year of experience providing mental health assessments and clinical documentation

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
