This is a part-time position; the candidates will be required to work at the office location during office hours only.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor's degree
· Preference will be given to applicants with prior experience.
DUTIES MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
· Serve as the primary communication bridge between physicians, clinical staff, and administrative teams
· Support physician scheduling, credentialing coordination, and workflow efficiency
· Facilitate communication with referring providers and external healthcare partners
· Assist in onboarding and integration of new physicians or providers
· Address physician requests and ensure timely follow-through
· Monitor and maintain office supplies and inventory
· Coordinate equipment maintenance and vendor services
· Ensure office spaces are organized, functional, and well-stocked
· Support facility needs, including ordering supplies and troubleshooting basic office issues
· Assist in implementing office policies and operational improvements
· Traveling may be required
· Assist the primary physician in finding new locations for timeshare for satellite offices
· Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, physician interactions, and referral outcomes.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS
· Understands the importance of maintaining confidentiality and is able to maintain confidentiality under HIPAA standards.
· Must be highly flexible, able to accommodate the changing needs of the department.
· Well-developed verbal and written communication skills in English; Additional language abilities desirable.
· Proficient in computer use and AI tools
· Ability to work well under pressure with minimal supervision. Proven flexibility and willingness to handle a variety of tasks.
· Willingness to work evenings and/or weekends if needed.
