We are seeking an energetic, polished, and patient-focused Clinical Assistant who is passionate about health, wellness, and helping patients look and feel their best.

This is not a traditional medical office role. We are building a high-performance team dedicated to delivering an exceptional luxury patient experience while helping individuals optimize their health, confidence, and longevity.

What You’ll Do

As a Clinical Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting providers, enhancing the patient journey, and ensuring smooth daily operations within our innovative wellness practice.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting providers with patient visits, procedures, and treatments

Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining a clean, organized clinical environment

Supporting services related to hormone optimization, peptide therapy, IV therapy, and medical aesthetics

Performing patient intake, vitals, documentation, and coordination of care

Educating patients on wellness programs, treatment plans, supplements, and skincare products

Creating a warm, welcoming, concierge-level patient experience

Assisting with inventory management, supplies, and clinical operations

Supporting front office workflow and patient scheduling as needed

Building strong relationships with patients and contributing to long-term patient retention

Ideal Candidate

Qualifications

Previous experience in a medical office, wellness clinic, med spa, or aesthetic practice preferred

Medical Assistant certification preferred but not required for the right candidate

Experience with injections, IV therapy, aesthetics, or hormone therapy is a plus

Strong communication and organizational skills

EMR experience preferred

Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion with patients at all times
