I will make this easy; these are warm leads that someone needs to work on and possess the skill to hear the potential hesitation and overcome it. The job is calling through a hundred people or more daily and closing as much as possible; it is not exciting work making all those calls, but what is exciting is closing them and having a big bonus. This position is base plus commission, if you do not perform it will show. You must either have a history in the medical field or be able to understand medications and the science behind them and explain things in a very simplistic manner to patients if need be. Customer service ie patient care is the top priority.
