As the Clinical Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring seamless communication between them, our clinical staff, and back-end operations. You will play a crucial role in coordinating care, managing schedules, and supporting clients throughout their healthcare journey. Your exceptional organizational skills and client-focused approach will contribute to the overall success of our clinical operations. Responsibilities: • Serve as the main liaison between clients, families, and clinical staff, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively. • Oversee the end-to-end Onboarding process for each client. • Coordinate and schedule client appointments, assessments, and follow-ups, ensuring efficient use of resources and time. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and organizational policies. • Monitor client progress and outcomes, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and facilitating communication with providers and clients to optimize care. • Assist in the training and onboarding of new clinical staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing insights and recommendations to enhance service delivery. • Provide administrative support and manage correspondence. • Drive growth in revenue with operational key metrics in mind. • Oversee order fulfillment and billing of Rx, supplements, and diagnostics. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Social Work) preferred. • Previous experience in a health/wellness/fitness setting, particularly in a client-facing role, is highly desirable. • Strong understanding of clinical processes and healthcare regulations. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient-centered approach. • Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., GSuite, Microsoft Office, etc.) and willingness to learn niche software. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Compensation: $70,000 - $95,000 yearly
