Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage infection prevention and control programs, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
Coordinate in-service education programs and staff training for both internal teams and external contractors.
Design and implement orientation programs for nursing personnel aligned with organizational protocols and healthcare regulations.
Maintain thorough and timely records of all education and training activities.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license with the State of Hawaii Board of Nursing.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical staff development experience in long-term care settings.
Strong organizational skills and a commitment to continuous quality improvement.
