The Role

As a Clinical Director, you’ll lead and support a team of clinicians while maintaining a strong focus on quality care and clinical outcomes.

You’ll:

Mentor and guide Program Managers and clinical staff

Oversee treatment planning and clinical quality

Support case development and problem-solving

Ensure ethical, effective, and individualized care

Collaborate with a team that values communication and support

What We’re Looking For

Active BCBA certification (required)

Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field

Experience supervising clinical staff

Strong leadership and communication skills

Someone who values quality care, mentorship, and collaboration

Compensation & Benefits

$60–$70/hour (based on experience)
