Adapt: A Behavioral Collective Inc. is seeking an experienced Clinical Director to oversee clinical programming, support Program Managers, and ensure ethical, evidence-based services for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

    Job Position Details

    Full-time: 30–40 hours per week

    Hybrid model: Combination of in-person (direct) supervision and telehealth supervision as well as remote administrative responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities

    Oversee assessments, treatment plan development, and intervention fidelity

    Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and develop comprehensive treatment plans

    Supervise and mentor Program Managers and clinical staff

    Ensuring compliance and timely submission

    Meet weekly with Program Managers to review cases and provide clinical guidance

    Provide education and ongoing coaching on ABA methodologies (DTT, NET, PECS, PRT, etc.)

    Ensure accurate data tracking, analysis, and progress monitoring

    Conduct staff evaluations and provide quarterly feedback

    Train parents and caregivers on intervention strategies

    Develop company policies, templates, and clinical protocols

    Address team concerns and resolve clinical grievances

    Ensure adherence to ethical standards and evidence-based practices

    Qualifications

    Education & Certification

    Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, ABA, Special Education, or related field

    Active professional certification or license required (BCBA, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent)

    Liability insurance and active NPI

    Experience

    Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a BCBA or licensed professional required

    Complete

    Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience required

    Experience in a leadership or program oversight role preferred

    Strong background in assessment tools (ex. VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS)

    Experience managing both entry-level and senior clinical staff

    Proven experience in comprehensive intervention planning

    Strong leadership and mentorship abilities

    Excellent written and verbal communication

    High-level organization and deadline management

    Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

    Ability to balance clinical quality with operational expectations

    Applicant Requirements

    Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license/insurance Ability to provide negative TB test and required immunizations Clear FBI & DOJ fingerprint clearance Access to computer, internet, and mobile phone

    Compensation & Benefits

    Competitive pay: $60–$70 per hour (based on experience and certification level)

    Bonus opportunities for RBT and BCBA supervisors

    Flexible schedule, primarily set by the clinician
