Help recruit, develop, and support a strong multidisciplinary clinical team

Oversee assessments, treatment plans, service plans, progress documentation, and discharge planning

Support integrated treatment for individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders

Lead interdisciplinary treatment planning and case consultation

Monitor clinical documentation, quality of care, continuity of care, and regulatory readiness

Collaborate with psychiatric providers, nurses, addiction professionals, QMHPs, peer recovery specialists, and administrative leadership

Support compliance with Virginia DBHDS, DMAS, professional licensing requirements, and CARF standards

Participate in quality improvement, utilization review, risk management, and program development

Help leadership strengthen and expand clinical programming as ReNew grows

    What We Are Looking For

Active Virginia license permitting independent clinical practice

Graduate degree in counseling, social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or another qualifying behavioral health discipline

3-5 years of behavioral health and/or substance use treatment experience preferred

At least 2 years of clinical supervision, program leadership, or management experience preferred

Strong knowledge of clinical assessment, treatment planning, documentation, and discharge planning

Experience serving individuals with mental health and/or substance use disorders

Strong leadership, communication, organization, and team-building skills

Applicable credentials may include LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, or another qualifying Virginia independent clinical license.

    Preferred Experience

We would especially like to meet candidates with experience in:
