    Part-time: Clinical Director (LCADC,LPC,LAC,LCSW) 20 hours weekly

    Community Psychiatric Institute, a leader in Behavioral Healthcare and Chemical Dependency treatment for over 53 years in Essex County, is seeking an innovative & dedicated individual to work part-time as the Clinical Director our adult psychiatric Partial Care and O.P. treatment programs.

    CPI’s mission is to provide evidenced-based, person centered care in order to improve the quality of life for individuals struggling with mental health and substance use disorders.     HOURS: FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE - Part-time - up to 20 hours weekly

    Requirements:

    LCADC, LPC, LSW, LCSW, PhD. or equivalent license required. Dual License Preferred

    Minimum 5 years progressive clinical experience with mental health, substance abuse and co-occurring populations.

    Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.

    Preferred - in addition to above (one of the following):

    CCS

    Clinical Supervision Certificate

    SIFI

    Job Responsibilities:

    Provide clinical program coordination and development including:

    Provide leadership and support to clinical staff, fostering collaboration and a positive workplace culture.

    Responsible for oversight and management of clinical team including compliance with required documentation standards, staff productivity and program accountability for clinical services.

    Provide ongoing guidance to clinical staff to ensure excellence in delivery of services, quality of care and optimal treatment outcomes.

    Assist with program development and oversight through integration of evidence-based practices.

    Provide ongoing supervision and training of clinical staff.

    Ensure excellence and accuracy of clinical documents including treatment plans, progress notes and other required state mandated documentation by clinical staff.

    Ensure regulatory compliance with established program standards including state and federal mandates.

    Maintain positive relationships with community partners.

    Skills Required:

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

    Excellent leadership abilities.

    Ability to work professionally with our multi-disciplinary team and foster a collaborative and supportive environment.

    Ability to learn and efficiently use electronic health record.

    Excellent time management skills.

    Ability to supervise clinical staff per State requirements.

    Strategic planning and program development skills.

    Must be goal-driven, organized, and efficient in all aspects of work.

    Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to change, and effectively navigate crisis situations.
