We are seeking dedicated and compassionate professionals to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in men’s trauma care, a passion for mental health advocacy, and a commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered treatment. The Clinical Director is responsible for the clinical training and supervision of all direct care staff. The Clinical Director also acts as the compliance officer to ensure clinical practice follows all County, State, and Federal mandates as directed by the Director of Operations. Duties and Responsibilities:
● Screens and conducts diagnostic and biopsychosocial assessments of clients on entry, as needed ● Conduct applicable clinical trainings for indicated staff ● Supervision of registered interns for licensure hours, as needed ● Development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures ● Chairing the Quality Assurance committee and ensuring the smooth operation of the Quality Assurance program ● Consulting on all clinical issues in the Triony Behavioral Health program through in person meetings and weekly supervision with all staff ● Develops an individualized treatment plan for each client based on their screening, assessment, and goals. ● Conducts educational and experiential groups pertaining to mental health, co-occurring disorders, and substance abuse based on program curriculum, as needed ● Carries an individual caseload and meets with each client once per week, as outlined by state guidelines. ● Completes all individual and group notes by the end of each clinical day ● Provides weekly individual and group supervision to clinical staff with review and signature of 100% of client’s clinical records. ● Analyzes data from assessments to evaluate agency programs, areas of improvement, and consumer progress. ● Participates in daily leadership check-ins and weekly meetings. ● Presents or attends meetings on behalf of the TBH with outside stakeholders, business partners, and prospective business partners. ● Ensures TBH caseloads have current authorizations, attend review with billing company for authorization as needed. ● Conducts clinical training required on a periodic basis to maintain compliance and quality treatment standards.

Qualifications: ● Master's degree (M. A.) or higher in Mental Health or related fields is mandatory. ● Clear and current Tennessee Board Licensure as LPC/MHSP or LCSW is mandatory. ● Five (5) years minimum experience post full licensure supervising the delivery of mental health services for adults experiencing trauma. ● Three (3) years experience in program implementation and development is mandatory. ● Experience in leadership with Substance Abuse Treatment and Rehabilitation models are preferred. ● Experience with Sunwave EMR is preferred.
