Clinical Director

We’re hiring a Clinical Director who wants to lead meaningful, high-acuity behavioral health care while developing and supporting an established interdisciplinary team.

You’ll step into an outpatient leadership role serving adults with severe mental illness, including schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar I disorder, and treatment-resistant depression. You’ll lead clinical operations and team development while remaining connected to complex patient care.

What makes you a great fit
• You hold an unrestricted California Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license
• You have significant experience working with severe mental illness
• PHP, IOP, or comparable high-acuity behavioral health experience is strongly preferred
• You’re a resilient leader comfortable navigating complex team dynamics
• You balance people leadership with strong, hands-on clinical judgment

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $125,000–$145,000
