HCT seeks an experienced nursing professional to serve as the Interim Clinical Educator at 70+ bed hospital in AZ.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Staff onboarding & orientation
 - Competency management
 - Department specific educational training
 - AHA life safety compliance management
 - Implementation of evidence-based practice (EBP) & research
 - Other educational support duties and requests
 
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing
 
- Experience: 3 years of acute care nursing practice such as ICU, PCU, ER, or PACU/post-op recovery; Minimum 1 year experience in clinical education and staff professional development within the past 2 years
 - License: RN License any state
 - Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS instructor certification from America Heart Association, ANCC NPD preferred
 - Computer Skills: EMR experience and Microsoft Office suite (e.g., MS Word, MS PowerPoint, etc.)
