Eligibility Requirements:

• Completion or getting ready to graduate from a Master's-level program in Social Work (MSW), Marriage & Family Therapy (MFT), or Clinical Counseling
• Seeking a placement to fulfill clinical hours toward licensure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for working with diverse communities and underserved populations
• Availability to commit to a minimum of 35 hours per week

Your Role as a Clinical Intern:

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy for children and adults
• Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans
• Use trauma-informed approaches in all care
• Engage in supervision and team consultations weekly
• Collaborate with peers and providers for wraparound client support
• Maintain documentation aligned with ethical and professional standards

What You'll Gain:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year (Base salary for minimum of 25 direct client hours per week, bonus for direct clinical hours over 25)
