About the Company: Baseline Medical is building a new model of healthcare, delivering high-quality, clinically sound care directly to patients in their homes, hotels, and workplaces. This is not home health or urgent care. This is a mobile care model where clinical execution, patient experience, and operational precision come together in real time. Built on the foundation of PureDropIV, we are evolving beyond IV therapy into a broader model of mobile medical care that combines clinical excellence with unmatched convenience. Every visit is supported by a licensed Nurse Practitioner and delivered by highly trained Registered Nurses, ensuring patients receive safe, evidence-based care without the friction of traditional healthcare settings.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for employees who want to help shape the future of mobile healthcare, individuals who take ownership, move with urgency, and are committed to raising the standard of care
Position Overview: The Clinical Manager is a field-facing leadership role responsible for overseeing clinical quality, supporting RN and NP performance, and ensuring care is delivered safely, consistently, and at a high standard across all patient interactions. This role is ideal for experienced ER or ICU nurses who have stepped into leadership roles (charge nurse, preceptor, or similar) and are ready to move beyond the hospital setting into a more autonomous, operationally driven environment.
Schedule: 36–40 hours per week with flexible scheduling
Operations run 7 days per week:
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Saturday–Sunday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation: $42 - $52 /Hour + performance-based incentives
Responsibilities:
Clinical quality and consistency across RN and NP teams
Ongoing training, onboarding, and performance development of field staff
Real-time clinical support and escalation management
Implementation and enforcement of clinical protocols
