About the Company: Baseline Medical is building a new model of healthcare, delivering high-quality, clinically sound care directly to patients in their homes, hotels, and workplaces. This is not home health or urgent care. This is a mobile care model where clinical execution, patient experience, and operational precision come together in real time. Built on the foundation of PureDropIV, we are evolving beyond IV therapy into a broader model of mobile medical care that combines clinical excellence with unmatched convenience. Every visit is supported by a licensed Nurse Practitioner and delivered by highly trained Registered Nurses, ensuring patients receive safe, evidence-based care without the friction of traditional healthcare settings.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for employees who want to help shape the future of mobile healthcare, individuals who take ownership, move with urgency, and are committed to raising the standard of care

Position Overview: The Clinical Manager is a field-facing leadership role responsible for overseeing clinical quality, supporting RN and NP performance, and ensuring care is delivered safely, consistently, and at a high standard across all patient interactions. This role is ideal for experienced ER or ICU nurses who have stepped into leadership roles (charge nurse, preceptor, or similar) and are ready to move beyond the hospital setting into a more autonomous, operationally driven environment.

Schedule: 36–40 hours per week with flexible scheduling

Operations run 7 days per week:

    Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM

    Saturday–Sunday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

    Compensation: $42 - $52 /Hour + performance-based incentives

    Responsibilities:

Clinical quality and consistency across RN and NP teams

Ongoing training, onboarding, and performance development of field staff

Real-time clinical support and escalation management

Implementation and enforcement of clinical protocols

Clinical audit processes and quality assurance standards

Oversight of clinical supply systems and operational readiness

Collaboration with leadership on clinical improvements and policy development

    Why This Role Is Different

Move beyond hospital constraints while maintaining clinical integrity

Lead and influence how care is delivered, not just execute it

Work in a model that prioritizes patient experience without sacrificing safety

Be part of building a new category of healthcare from the ground up

Operate in an environment that values ownership, speed, and accountability

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

    3+ years of RN experience

Prior leadership experience (Charge Nurse, Lead Nurse, Preceptor, or similar)

Strong clinical judgment and ability to make decisions in dynamic environments

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple moving parts

Clear, confident communicator who can lead and support clinical staff

Comfortable operating outside of traditional hospital systems

Motivated by ownership, growth, and building something new

    Education/Experience Requirements:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Active RN license in the Commonwealth of Virginia

Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in Emergency, ICU, or similar acute care setting

Prior charge or lead experience preferred
