We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPA, or Clinical Psychologist) to step into a Clinical Manager role in Anchorage, AK. This leadership position focuses on team supervision, operational excellence, and driving high-quality, evidence-based clinical services.

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Salary: $100,000.00 annually.

    • Hiring Bonus: $10,000 Hire-on Bonus with a 2-year commitment.

    • Time Off: 5 weeks of PTO in the first year, increasing to 8 weeks in the second year and beyond.

    Position Summary

    The Behavioral Health Clinical Manager is responsible for the effective supervision and operational management of a multi-disciplinary clinical team, including clinical staff and peer support specialists. This role demands strong clinical leadership to ensure team performance, adherence to regulatory standards (including State of Alaska Residential Licensing), and the consistent delivery of evidence-based behavioral health services.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Team Supervision: Supervise a multi-disciplinary team of clinical staff and peer support specialists, acting as an effective role model.

    • Operations Management: Manage daily team functions, including creating schedules, coordinating services, and ensuring ongoing coordination of client treatment.

    • Staffing & HR Support: Ensure all staffing needs are met and actively assist Human Resources with recruiting clinical team members.

    • Professional Development: Facilitate team meetings and hands-on training, fostering an environment of continuous professional growth.

    • Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and ensure strict adherence to all State of Alaska Residential Licensing requirements.

    • Program Improvement: Develop and implement essential program improvements and strategic plan initiatives.

    • Clinical Oversight: Support the provision of behavioral health services utilizing evidence-based practice models.

    • Crisis Support: Promptly evaluate crisis situations and ensure necessary clinical services are provided.

    Qualifications

    • Education: Master’s degree in mental health or a closely related field.

    • Licensure: Active professional license as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPA, or Clinical Psychologist.

    • Clinical Experience: At least 5 years’ experience in a clinical setting serving the relevant target population(s).

    • Supervisory Preference: Preferred to possess Board Approval (or credential) to supervise for LPC and/or LCSW licensees.
