Compensation/Benefits: $60,000–$80,000 based on experience
Location: Oral Health Partnership (OHP), Green Bay, WI
Position Summary:
The Clinical Manager ensures optimal clinical operations and high-quality patient care within Oral Health Partnership’s dental clinics. This leadership role oversees compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and safety standards, supervises, trains and develops dental assistants, and coordinates patient experience, scheduling, and operational workflows. The Clinical Manager partners closely with the Dental Director to implement clinical policy, respond to issues, and uphold OHP’s mission in every aspect of care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Clinic Operations & Patient Experience
Address and document patient concerns using the Fact-Finding Form.
Analyze and act on patient feedback and satisfaction surveys.
Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in the patient experience.
Collaborate with Operations Coordinator to maintain clinical supplies.
Review and adjust monthly staffing calendars in partnership with the admin team.
Collaborate with leadership on clinical budget planning and resource allocation.
Success in this area will be measured by patient satisfaction scores.
Team Leadership & Development
Supervise and support dental assistants and lead assistants.
Provide one-on-one coaching, quarterly check-ins, and group meetings.
Develop and maintain onboarding and cross-training programs.
Manage Youth Apprenticeship program and student shadows.
Conduct performance evaluations and establish development plans, providing clear expectations and holding all team members accountable for their clinical roles and responsibilities.
Address team concerns, mentor teammates, and support a culture of recognition.
Success in this area will be measured by staff retention and engagement scoring.
Compliance, Safety & Quality
Serve as OHP’s designated HIPAA and OSHA compliance officer.
Train all staff in compliance-related matters and maintain documentation.
Monitor clinic safety and enforce corrective actions where needed.
Coordinate and document CPR and infection control training.
Partner with the Dental Director to align quality-of-care policies and standards.
Respond to clinical incidents and ensure appropriate reporting and follow-up.
Success in this area will be measured by compliance audit scores.
Strategic & Operational Support
Act as liaison between clinical and administrative leaders to balance efficiency, quality, and fiscal responsibility.
Provide insight into operational decisions and pause/escalate when compliance is at risk.
Register providers in Forward Health and manage compliance documentation for HRSA grants.
Scheduling & Timekeeping
Approve dental assistant timecards and manage PTO requests.
Ensure advance publication of monthly staffing calendars (at least one month out).
Fill in as Dental Assistant when needed, including limited hospital support.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in a multi-site clinical or dental setting.
Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and dental management software, including Dentrix.
English fluency required; bilingual Spanish or Hmong strongly preferred.
Ability to move throughout clinics, lift equipment, and work in a fast-paced environment.
