Memorial Medical Center is seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Manager (Registered Nurse) to join our dedicated team. Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate clinical operations and other unit activities under the direction of the Program Director.
• Establish and prioritize goals based on patient needs, staff development, and organizational strategy.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality care across all life stages, from pediatric to geriatric populations.
• Act as a resource and role model for nursing staff, promoting best practices in clinical care.
• Leverage advanced technologies and care models to innovate patient treatment and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, standards, and applicable regulations.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate of a School of Nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of current clinical experience in a relevant specialty area or healthcare management.
• 3–5 years in a supervisory or leadership role required.
• Licensure/Certifications:
• Current New Mexico or compact state Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• CPR certification required.
