We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Clinical Manager (RN) to lead and support our Home Health team in Orlando, Florida. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong clinical leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about quality patient care, teamwork, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

Provide clinical oversight and support to field clinicians

Ensure compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation and agency policies

Oversee patient care coordination and quality outcomes

Review documentation, OASIS, and plans of care

Support staff development, mentoring, and performance improvement

Collaborate with physicians, referral sources, and interdisciplinary teams

Help drive agency growth while maintaining exceptional patient care standards

What We’re Looking For

Active Florida RN license

Home Health experience required

Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Positive attitude, accountability, and team spirit

Valid driver’s license

First aid/CPR certification required
