    Required Experience

    Required:

    • Current California RN license
    • Current BLS from the American Heart Association
    • BSN or currently enrolled in BSN program and completion within 2 years from an accredited program
    • Two years clinical experience in an acute care facility
    • Prior leadership experience as a relief charge nurse or supervisor
    • LA City Fire Card within 6 months of employment

    Preferred:

    • Nationally recognized certification in specialty or leadership
    • Previous Management experience preferred
    • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association
