    The Clinical Manager is a Registered Nurse (RN) who has graduated from an accredited school of nursing and is currently licensed to practice in the State of Texas. The Clinical Manager supervises and provides home health services to home-bound patients in their place of residence in accordance with attending physician orders and plans of care and strives to provide the highest quality of care. All skilled nursing and other therapeutic services are under the supervision and direction of the Clinical Manager.

    What you’ll be doing: The successful candidate’s primary responsibilities will be for providing quality care to patients in their homes, assessing patient needs and developing care plans, administering medications and treatments, and providing education to patients and their families.

    This role has the opportunity to quickly grow into a larger supervisory role for the right candidate. We are growing!

    Overall responsibilities for the Clinical Manager RN include the following:

    Providing quality care to patients in their homes, including developing care plans, case management, transitions of care, and care coordination and continuity.

    Providing wound care, post-op care, medication management and administration, etc.

    Building and maintaining a discharge network.

    Participating in marketing and business development activities.

    Recruiting, training, and scheduling contract staff to meet growing patient care needs.

    What we’re looking for: This individual must exhibit strong compassion and a servant’s heart. We are looking for someone with the ability to lead by example, who is detail-oriented and a self-starter, and has strong written and verbal communication skills.

    Required Qualifications:

    Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.

    Licensure: Current Texas state license as a Registered Nurse, current Texas driver’s license.

    Experience: Minimum two years as a Registered Nurse in Home Health with at least one year of supervisory experience in a home-healthcare-equivalent environment. Must have maintained CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.

    Other: Reliable transportation and proof of valid auto insurance.

    Preferred Qualification:

    Certification in OASIS.

    In-depth understanding of Medicare Conditions of Participation and payment mechanisms for home health.

    Important Notes: This position requires travel via your personal vehicle, which will vary based on business needs. Don’t worry—mileage will be reimbursed.

    This is not a fully remote position. When not seeing a patient in their home or visiting a medical facility on a business development call, the Clinical Manager RN will be expected to work from the business office.
